It's so cool to read so many Yamamoto & Katori's interviews at one place! They are really cool and cute, I mean Koji & Katori. Their relationship in real life is amazing! Though Koji-san is quite annoying, and Katori-san is so unsociable, they still get along somehow ^^
And I should now be translating a letter from our business parnters and writing an answer, cause I damn haven't manage to do it at work. But I don't want to, and I just hate English at such moments. But then I read so many awesome interviews, I love English, yeah!

If you ask me about the support I had for doing the sequel, Katori Shingo's text message was an anchor to me. There are 2 messages that I treasure. One was right after the taiga drama was over. It was the first message I received from Katori-kun. It was the short mail type, so a few came at once, and it ended with "Dear friend, I made it all this way because of you. Katori Shingo.", really... I almost cried reading this... I was very happy he wrote that for me. I wish I could just take a picture of each mails and share them here! It was such a great message.
The other one was before the sequel's filming started. Katori-kun texted me, "I'm waiting for you across the light, Toshi".
I don't know what to say. I was really looking forward to the filming before it started. The taiga drama ended with Isami dying and Hijikata was left alive. I felt like accomplishing the sequel as soon as possible. I was thinking that I'd be able to meet everyone again, to that place where I was at, for one whole year. But when the filming actually started, I felt so lonely. Isami who was always next to me, is gone now. Hijikata is leading Shinsengumi alone and the situation is totally different than the taiga now. When I finally saw the filming's goal, I didn't feel lonely anymore. I didn't feel pain nor I feel I want to meet everyone. The feeling I felt that time has surpassed all those desire. I was just waiting for the end. It was really not an ordinary feeling. I was filming the sequel carrying that feeling, so after I filmed the last scene and cranked up... I wasn't sad... I feel refreshed, instead. Felt like, I've accomplished the job. Before that scene, I was filming with the thought of "Hijikata won't die, he won't die", but when I checked the monitor for that last scene, I thought... "He died. Hijikata is also a human, afterall".
I have become real friends a bit with Katori-kun since Shinsengumi. We might have become friends because we were Kondo and Hijikata for 1 year, but also... I have things that Katori-kun don't have and he has things I don't have, so we respect each other. It's like we were balancing each other. When we don't call each other for a while, it doesn't mean we've ignored each other. I had talk about that to him once and he scold me, "Just because we don't contact each other, it's doesn't mean we're not friends anymore! Our friendship is a lot more than that!". (laugh) I have so many friends and I'm the type who'd lead them, but Katori-kun is the only person I can show my weakness to. I've come and watch SMAP concert twice too. Katori-kun said, among celebrities who has come, I'm the only one who has come twice. (laugh) When I see Katori-kun on TV or when I see him on concerts, I felt like he's doing all that for me. I think exactly like a fan. Well... if I may express it in a word... I love him. (laugh)
